My First Post!

Hello guys,

First of all, welcome to my first blog post! 🎉If that wasn’t already obvious from the title.

I’d thought I’d keep my first post short and sweet, and just highlight some of the main ideas I have for this blog and what I would like to post.

My main creative field is beauty, I know, a difficult guess! All brand new information, but yes, most of the posts are likely to be beauty-related. This could mean product reviews, hauls, dupes, what’s on trend and all those other great posts, as well as a few other original ideas I’ve got under wraps!

So, how did I end up here?

Well I’ve been talking about blogging for so many years, I’m pretty sure my friends are fed up with hearing the word out of my mouth, I have always been encouraged and advised to start one or a YouTube channel, but this seems less scary. They will probably be shocked to see I’ve actually finally set one up. So here is a little message just for them; HI FRIENDS, THANK YOU FOR BEING SO SUPPORTIVE, LOVE YOU, I FINALLY DID IT.

Back to why I’m here, they aren’t the only ones that wanted me to start some sort of beauty platform, I myself have been thinking about it ever since people started asking me about products or how I did a certain look, or asking me to do their make-up. I love creating new things, so getting to create posts/ pictures/ videos is fun for me, and doesn’t make me feel bad for sitting behind a computer most of the time. 

It opens up my world to more people that could potentially see my work and be able to learn through me? That’s a crazy thought, but definitely an exciting one. Maybe in the future I’ll transition to video content, as I do love making videos and taking photos of everything, however normally I’m behind the camera, not in front of it. But for now I thought let’s just get started. I’ve got so many ideas and hopefully you’ll join me from this point.

I will be posting once a week on Wednesday’s, we wear pink (sorry I couldn’t resist, it felt too appropriate) and hopefully if that goes well, I will move up to two posts a week and so on. Get your calendars ready!
