My new obsession
So if it wasn’t already obvious to you all (if you follow my Instagram), I love a nice plant, even before my rebrand, my old logo had plants in it, and really who doesn’t love a good plant to add to a space?
I’ve been a huge fan of one plant company in particular for the last few years and love how they do things, and have always wanted to purchase from them, however I live just outside the delivery border to receive an order. I was arranging to order the plants to my cousin’s place when they recently changed and now deliver nationwide!
It’s PATCH!
This was amazing, and as we are all stuck inside quarantined, when is there a better time to organise your interiors and make the most of your space. I ordered myself quite a few plants that I’ve been wanting for a while.
These include (in order left to right)
Bertie the Boston Fern, Penny the Money Plant, Chaz the Monstera Deliciosa - or Swiss cheese plant (like my logo!),
Pippa the Peace Lily, Franky the Aloe, Sharon the Parlour Palm,
Helena the tropical Cycad, Susie the snake plant, and Zabrina the elephant ear plant.
Photos provided and sourced from Patch.
Zabrina was a late addition and arrived a few days ago (as I couldn’t help myself).
Patch was great, super quick service, all plants were alive and well on arrival, and they have their own plant doctors, where you can send an image of your poorly plant to get it diagnosed and treated. If you live within the London boundary, you get a delivery slot and can choose the time of arrival, if you are anywhere else nationwide, you get a delivery courier who will deliver a box with your plants.
If you are interested in purchasing a fairly priced plant and are in the UK (soon to be EU) here’s the link to check it out https://patch.mention-me.com/m/ol/ac6xo-ciara-hynes, this link will also get you a free plant if you spend over £50, or just enter my name at the check out ‘Ciara Hynes’. You’re welcome.
Click the images to buy any of the pots, some come in a variety of sizes.
I already have my next list of plants from Patch that I am waiting to order once my current plants are happy and I know they are all stable!
I also took the liberty of purchasing some plant pots as well, which I have linked below for you if you would like to purchase.
There is a great variety online that can be delivered safely during this weird time.
I have a few size pots, so make sure if you have plants you measure to check the plant and pot are sized correctly! I may go and purchase some more pots after lockdown is lifted.
I purchased two of these large white planters, they are quite deep so would be best for a taller stemmed plant.
Thanks again for reading, hope you are staying sane in lockdown. Until next time! Hit up my socials, or if you would like some help with staying sane in lockdown, not much has changed since week 1 so the post is still relevant. Remember that your feelings and thoughts are valid! See my post below.
